Booking Policy

All appointments require collection of a booking fee.


All booking fees are non-refundable and will be credited towards the overall cost of the tattoo upon completion.


Booking Fees are non-transferable between Artists and/or Clients.


Booking Fees are collected to ensure a preset date and time is available as requested by the client upon payment of the booking fee.

All Invoices sent pertaining to booking fees will be cancelled after 72 hours from the due date if left unpaid. 


Appointments are subject to availability of each artist.


If an appointment needs to be rescheduled please notify the Studio and/or Artist within 24 hours of the date and time of your appointment. Failure to do so may cause your booking fee to be forfeit. 


Any Clients running more then 15 mins Late to a scheduled appointment without Notifying the Artist and/or Studio may be subject to being rescheduled in accordance to this policy.


Any rescheduled appointment is subject to date and time slot availability for each individual Artist. 


Payment of any Booking Fee by a client constitutes an acknowledgment and agreement to this Booking Fee Policy.
